Rod McDermott is the CEO and Co-Founder of McDermott + Bull Executive Search, where Rod leads a team in identifying and recruiting top executives for companies. Rod is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Interim Leaders and Executive Network, providing executive leadership resources and networking opportunities for senior-level executives. McDermott is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Activate 180, focusing on revolutionizing executive coaching to benefit all employees. In addition to their professional roles, McDermott serves as a Board Member for Mission Hospital Foundation, Partners Bank of California, and THINK Together. Rod holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Business from UCLA.
