Daniella Patrick

Daniella Patrick has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Daniella is currently working as the Director of People Strategy and Analytics at McDermott Will & Emery since 2022. Previously, they worked at Accenture from 2014 to 2022, where they held positions such as Chief of Staff to Technology CHRO, Chief of Staff and Intrapreneur in Talent, and Global Experience Strategist. Before that, they worked at IDEO as the President of Open IDEO Student Chapter in 2012. Daniella also had experience at New York University as a Bio-Mechanical Researcher and Head Developer of a Robotics and Engineering Summer Camp. In addition, they had roles at Building Hero (Startup), NYU Stern School of Business, TRIO, K-12 Outreach iDREAMs Program, and the Mechanical Engineering Department, where they worked as a Business Strategy Intern, conducted business research projects, served as the President of the Student Advisory Committee, and was a volunteer robotics teacher assistant, among other responsibilities.

Daniella Patrick has a Master's Degree in Mathematics from New York University. Daniella also completed a course on Disruptive Strategy with Clayton Christensen at Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, Daniella has some education in Mechanical Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering and has studied Science and Engineering at Tel Aviv University.
