Darren Azman

Darren Azman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both private practice and executive roles. Since September 2013, Darren has served as a Partner and a member of the Firmwide Management Committee at McDermott Will & Emery. Concurrently, Darren has been a member of the Restructuring Executive Committee at UJA-Federation of New York since December 2021. Prior to these positions, Darren held the role of Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from September 2010 to September 2013 and was the Director at stickK.com, LLC from November 2007 to May 2010. Darren began legal training as a Law Clerk in the Misdemeanor Division at the Office of the State's Attorney for Baltimore City in 2005. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University.
