Erika Gardiner

Erika Gardiner has extensive experience in legal talent acquisition and recruiting. Erika started their career in 2007 at Nixon Peabody as a Recruiting Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and managing the firm's recruitment activities. In 2011, they joined McDermott Will & Emery as the Director of U.S. Law Student & Associate Recruiting. Erika'sresponsibilities included overseeing the legal talent acquisition function and developing recruiting strategies in collaboration with firm leadership and National Hiring Partners.

Erika Gardiner received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science & Economics from Northeastern University in 2007.
