Alexandra Stief

Alexandra Stief is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and finance. Currently serving as a Franchisenehmerin at McDonald's Österreich since June 2022, Alexandra oversees three locations with a workforce of up to 140 employees. Prior roles include Geschäftsleiterin at Amendo Consulting, where focus areas included finance, controlling, and real estate projects in Southeast Europe and Austria, and as Chief Financial Officer at G4S, managing financial operations for a workforce of 2,800 employees across multiple countries. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Bundesrechenzentrum, where Alexandra was responsible for internal audit and controlling, and prior roles at SPE – Strategische Personalentwicklung GmbH and TUNAP GROUP. Alexandra holds a Master of Science in Executive Management from the University of Vienna and a Magistra in Management from FHWien der WKW, along with certification as a Controller from the Österreichisches Controllerinstitut.
