Matthew initially joined McDougall Energy Inc. in October 1998, serving as a Services Controller and a Senior Heating Technician, with a focus on regulatory compliance, installation, repairs, and maintenance of various heating and air conditioning systems. Matthew began the professional journey as a Heating Air Conditioning Technician at Comfort Zone from January 1992 to October 1998.
