Ralph Barker

Ralph Barker is an experienced executive with a career spanning several roles in technology and healthcare. Currently serving as the former CEO and CIO of McDougall Energy Inc., Ralph has a strong background in project management and continuous improvement. Previous positions include President and CEO of North Shore Health Network and Vice President of Information Services and CIO at Group Health Centre. Ralph has also held various senior management roles at OLG, overseeing planning and portfolio management within the Gaming Division. Additional leadership experience includes board roles at Sault Area Hospital and Sault Ste. Marie Economic Development Corporation. Ralph's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and further training in finance and leadership from Queen's University and the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
