Erin Hough

Erin Hough has extensive experience in marketing and customer service within the insurance and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing, Events & Assistant to the CEO & President at McDougall Insurance & Financial since November 2020, Erin also holds the role of Personal Lines Account Executive. Previously, Erin collaborated with the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario as the Young Brokers Council Team Lead, fostering connections among local brokers in Eastern Ontario. Erin's earlier roles included Membership Coordinator and Office and Marketing Assistant at the same association, as well as experience as a Barista at Starbucks, where Erin honed customer service skills and operational responsibilities. Erin completed an Advanced Diploma in Advertising and Marketing from St. Lawrence College in 2017.
