John Martinson

John Martinson is a seasoned professional and change agent with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and President of Drive Electric Arizona, Martinson focuses on accelerating the transition to electric vehicles. As an Advisor and Executive Producer at the American Resilience Project, Martinson contributes to strategic narratives that tackle significant issues related to human security and civilizational stability. Additional roles include President of the Valley of the Sun Electric Vehicle Association, Steward at the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy, and Blogger at teslaroadtrip.blog. Previously, Martinson founded and co-chaired China Mist Iced Tea Company, successfully growing the brand over 34 years. Academically, Martinson holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Master of Sustainability Leadership and a Bachelor of General Studies in Sustainability Studies from Arizona State University.
