Anna Boyko

Anna Boyko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and corporate responsibility. As the Founder and Senior Consultant at GrowToChange since 2017, Anna has been instrumental in guiding clients toward their goals. In addition, Anna serves as a Business Trainer and Lead Faculty at Management Centre Europe since 2008, specializing in management development across Europe. With a role as an Associate Coach at BetterUp since 2019, Anna has coached professionals from leading international businesses. Previous experience includes significant roles at VEON, where Anna managed the Group Corporate Responsibility and was Head of Staff in the Office of the Chairman & CEO, contributing to the establishment of the company's headquarters in Amsterdam. At Beeline Russia, Anna held the position of Head of Staff in the CEO Office and served as Secretary of the Board of Directors. Anna's academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Pedagogics and Intercultural Communications from Moscow Pedagogical State University, alongside various coaching and psychology certifications.
