Krzysztof Kalata

Krzysztof Kalata is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Belgian Business Chamber since June 2022, Krzysztof creates value and facilitates business relations. Krzysztof has been a Senior Associate at MCE since May 2015, focusing on inspiring and developing individuals and organizations to achieve their goals. As the CEO of Praxeo Group since November 2012, Krzysztof supports managers and leaders in harnessing their internal motivation for effective performance. Previous roles include Co-owner at Motiveaction, Regional Sales Head at Alior Bank S.A. and Kredyt Bank, and Sales Department Head at Citi, showcasing a strong record in managing sales networks and enhancing operational efficiency. Krzysztof holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the Academy of Humanities in Pułtusk and has completed postgraduate studies in Psychology of Leadership at the University of Gdansk.
