Fiona Jones

Fiona Jones is a seasoned professional in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as the Head of Health, Safety & Environment at McFall Fuel since July 2025. With a strong background in various leadership roles, Fiona has previously led health and safety initiatives at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and directed the NZ Environment, Health and Safety practice at EY. Other notable roles include Health and Safety Manager at Aurecon, where strategic alignment of initiatives with business objectives was emphasized, and Principal Health and Safety Advisor at the Department of Corrections NZ, focusing on continuous improvement in safety outcomes. Fiona's earlier experience includes significant contributions at Topcoat Specialist Coatings Ltd, IMPAC, and roles in the logistics and engineering sectors.
