Althea Hensley has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Althea is currently the Director of Human Resources at McFarlane Aviation Products since March 2021. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2020, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Entrematic, a division of the Assa Abloy Group. Althea also worked at MasterCard, where they held the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resource Business Partner from 2014 to 2016, and Vice President of Human Resources from 2004 to 2014. Before joining MasterCard, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Alto U.S. Inc. from 1996 to 2004. Althea began their career at Sinclair & Rush, where they worked as the Manager of Human Resources from 1979 to 1996.
Althea Hensley has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University, which they obtained in 2012. Althea also holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Webster University, which they earned in 1993.
