Matt McLaughlin

Matt McLaughlin is a Process Engineer at McGard since January 2023, bringing a solid background in engineering and teamwork from experiences at Grand Valley State University where Matt participated as a Student Athlete from 2016 to 2022. Previous internships include design engineering at RENK America and manufacturing engineering at L3Harris Technologies, both in 2021, as well as an internship at Altron Automation in 2019. Early career roles included fence installation at GUARDIAN FENCES OF WNY INC and lifeguarding at East Aurora Parks and Recreation. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University.
