Parker Smith has a diverse work experience across various industries. Currently, Parker is employed as a Community Manager at McGarrah Jessee since 2022. Prior to this, Parker worked at Khoros as a Social Media Coordinator from 2020 to 2022, where they monitored and managed the brands of Fortune 50 tech clients across major social networks, managed inbound conversations, and supervised content publishing.

Before joining Khoros, Parker worked at Apple from 2017 to 2021. They began as a Technical Specialist, providing technical support and customer service for Apple products. Later, Parker became a College Advisor, where they offered technical support and resolved software and hardware issues. Additionally, during their time at Apple, Parker worked as a Social Media Response Advisor, providing customer support for technical issues through Apple's social media platforms.

Parker also gained experience in public relations through an internship at Grit+Pearl Public Relations in 2019. As a Public Relations Intern, they crafted communication plans, developed social campaigns, curated media contact lists, and revamped social media platforms for clients. In 2018, Parker interned at SXSW as a Publicity and Digital Media Intern, and in 2016, they worked as an intern at FashionXAustin, where they collected digital content for social media accounts and currently volunteer at various social events hosted by the company.

Parker Smith attended Cedar Park High School from 2012 to 2016. Following that, from 2016 to 2020, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations at The University of Texas at Austin.
