Roland began their career as a Research Intern at Equilar, where they gained proficiency in analyzing executive compensation data. Roland then transitioned to a role as a Research Analyst, responsible for ensuring data quality and training other analysts. Roland also served as an Associate Quality Engineer and Associate Product Manager for Equilar's Tagger Team, where they contributed to the development and testing of software features. Roland later joined Equilar's Beirurim Data Team as a Knowledge Analyst, working on analyzing web pages for executive profile data. Roland also worked at Equilar as an Associate Product Manager for the Cub Data Team, leading the design and deployment of a new data workflow. In addition to their roles at Equilar, Roland has experience working as a Marketing Associate and Lab Assistant at CorEnergy Semiconductor Inc. and as a Delivery Partner for Amazon Prime Now.
