Cynthia Hoffman

Cynthia Hoffman is currently the Chief Financial Officer at MCGAW YMCA. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Financial Planning and Decision Support at Northwest Community Healthcare from June 2016 to June 2018. Before that, they were with UnitedHealth Group as the Associate Director of Finance from September 2013 to June 2016. Cynthia has also worked as the Director of Finance and Strategy at Cancer Treatment Centers of America from January 2009 to August 2013. Additionally, they have also served as the Regional Accounting Manager at Culligan International Company from June 2007 to January 2009 and as the Manager of Financial Information Systems and Process Improvement at Rockford Health System from March 2002 to June 2007.

Cynthia Hoffman has a Master's degree in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University. Cynthia also has a certification from Palladium in Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard Certified Graduate.
