Melina Tondino

Melina Tondino, MBA, CHRP, currently serves as the Director of Advancement Talent and Culture at McGill University's University Advancement since July 2016. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Consultant at Piron Ward Human Resources and First Nations Consultants, and a Course Lecturer in Strategic Human Resources Management at McGill University. Melina has also held positions as a Human Resources Manager at CN and as a Senior HR Advisor and Human Resources Advisor in McGill University's Faculty of Medicine, managing extensive HR services across a diverse employee base. Earlier career highlights include establishing the HR function as Manager of Human Resources at GAP Canada Inc. Melina's educational background includes an MBA in Global Strategy and Leadership, a Certificate in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, all from McGill University.
