Sylvette Arbez

Sylvette Arbez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sylvette began their career in 1994 at Uni-Select Inc. as an IT Training and Help Desk Specialist, staying with the company until 2002. In 2005, they joined ING Canada as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst and remained in this role until 2016. Since 2017, Sylvette has been employed at McGill University, where they have held various positions. Sylvette started as a Quality Assurance Lead, transitioning to an IT Change Management Advisor role in 2022, and currently serves as the Quality Assurance Lead for the CRM Salesforce Project.

Sylvette Arbez holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Concordia University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2022, and as an ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2010.
