Cassie Nelson

Cassie Nelson is an accomplished executive in human resources and information technology with a strong background in strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President at McGough since October 2015, Cassie has held various senior positions including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to McGough, Cassie worked at Target from April 2003 to May 2015, where key contributions included overseeing human resources during the company’s first merger and acquisition in fifteen years and leading HR initiatives across multiple distribution centers. Cassie began their career at SUPERVALU, taking on various roles in human resources. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
