Jessica Gerlach is an accomplished safety professional with a robust background in construction management and safety leadership. Jessica has served as Vice President of Safety at McGough since April 2019, previously holding the positions of Safety Director and Safety Manager within the same company. Prior to McGough, Jessica worked as Regional Senior Safety Manager at The Opus Group® from March 2017 to April 2019. Jessica's career in safety began at McGough Construction, where Jessica progressed from Safety Coordinator to Journeyman Cement Mason between April 2002 and March 2017. In addition to practical experience, Jessica participated as an Executive Board Member at the Local-633-Cement-Masons-Plasterers-Shophands-Training-Center from 2005 to 2011. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the National Labor College and an Associate's degree in Business Leadership from Inver Hills Community College.
