Tim Kuharski

Tim Kuharski is a finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate development sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance - Development at McGough since July 2017, Kuharski oversees the financial functions of the Development group, collaborating closely with the team to secure financial resources for various projects. Previously, Kuharski held the position of Vice President of Finance at The Excelsior Group, managing financial and risk management while guiding strategic direction. Additionally, Kuharski served as Senior Director of Finance at Carlson Real Estate Company, directing financial reporting and property accounting, and started as a Staff Auditor at LarsonAllen. Tim Kuharski holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
