Scott Carter

Scott Carter is an experienced automotive professional with a strong track record in sales management and leadership. Currently serving as General Manager at McGovern Automotive Group since April 2017, Scott previously held the position of General Sales Manager at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford, where the dealership achieved the #1 ranking in New England each month under Scott's leadership. Scott has extensive experience in the industry, having also served as General Sales Manager at Prime Motor Group and as Owner/Operator at Allston Auto Sales. Early career roles include Sales Manager at Volkswagen Gallery, Sales and Leasing specialist at Quirk Volkswagen, and Sales and Leasing at Boch Mitsubishi. Scott graduated from Brighton High School in 1992.
