Jason Bauwin

Jason Bauwin is a seasoned technology project leader with extensive experience in software development and IT management. Currently at The McGowan Companies since February 2021, Jason oversees internal and external development teams, enhances ERP systems, and manages project coordination and issue resolution. Previous roles include Information Technology Lead and Senior IT Programmer at Express Seed Company, where Jason focused on SQL database administration and ERP feature enhancements. Jason also served as Software Engineer IV at MRI Software LLC, leading a greenfield project and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address SQL performance issues. Earlier experience includes a tenure as a Software Engineer at TMW Systems Inc. and client services roles at AMS Rating Services. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University.
