Paul Marshall

Paul Marshall has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Paul has worked as an Insurance Professional for various insurance organizations since 1992, specializing in liability programs with expertise in retail agency sales, carrier operations, program management, distribution, underwriting, and claims. Paul has also written articles and presented at state and national conferences. In 2015, they joined The McGowan Companies as the Managing Director for Active Shooter/Workplace Violence Insurance Programs, where they developed comprehensive policies to help companies respond and recover from incidents of violence in the workplace. Paul also played a role in the development of Active Shooter Insurance, Workplace Violence Insurance, and Active Assailant Insurance.

Paul Marshall attended Chaminade Julienne (CJ) - Dayton from 1982 to 1986, where they pursued a College Prep program. Following that, they enrolled at Miami University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from 1986 to 1990. In 1991, Paul became a Licensed Insurance Broker/Agent, specializing in Property and Casualty Agents License.
