Annalie Radburn

Annalie Radburn currently serves as the VP of HR Operations and Technology at McGraw Hill, following a tenure as the Senior Director of HR Strategic Programs & Technology at LabCorp. Radburn has significant expertise in HR technology and strategic projects, including leading the selection and implementation of the Workday HCM system for approximately 70,000 employees globally. Previous experience includes roles at ABB as Workday Program Lead, overseeing HR integration during a global acquisition, and at Deloitte, Lenovo, Hewitt Associates, Unilever, and PeopleSoft in various HR leadership and project management positions. Radburn holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources and a CIPD qualification from the University of West London, along with A Levels and GCSEs from Amersham College and Lady Verney High School, respectively.
