David Stafford

David Stafford is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at McGraw-Hill. David has held this position since June of 1992. Prior to that, they were an Associate General Counsel at The McGraw Hill Companies from February of 2006 to February of 2009. David also served as the Senior Vice President Corporate Affairs and Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at S&P Global from February of 2006 to February of 2009. In this role, they were responsible for the oversight of the Corporate Affairs function of a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded global company. Prior to that, they were an associate at Rosenman & Colin and Battle Fowler from September of 1987 to June of 1992.

David Stafford attended Cornell Law School, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Prior to attending law school, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at Columbia University in the City of New York.
