Prior to this, Santanu Basu held various positions at McGraw-Hill Education, including Regional Sales Manager for the Karnataka Region and Eastern India & Bangladesh, where notable achievements included being recognized as the best performer for 2001-2002 and securing significant market shares in engineering and polytechnic syllabi. Early career experience includes serving as Senior Area Sales Manager at Tata McGraw-Hill Education from 1999 to 2009.
