Tracey Tiska

Tracey Tiska is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for McGraw Hill since January 2013. In this role, Tracey leads a global HR Business Partner team across four commercial business units, managing a workforce of over 3,300 employees and a combined revenue exceeding $2 billion. Previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources for International and Global Professional divisions, where innovative talent strategies were developed for a diverse global workforce, and Associate General Counsel, providing expertise in various legal areas. Prior to McGraw Hill, Tracey was a Partner at Hogan Lovells LLP, specializing in litigation, arbitration, and employment law. Tracey holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Boston University.
