Puja Engineer

Puja Engineer, CIPD, has over a decade of experience in recruitment within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the MENA - Head of Search at McGregor Boyall since October 2016, Puja has been instrumental in building a strong reputation for the firm in securing top talent for their clients. Prior to this role, Puja worked as a Recruitment Manager at Colliers International UK from August 2014 to July 2016, contributing to one of the leading global brands in commercial real estate. Earlier experience includes a position as Recruitment Consultant at Venn Group from July 2011 to July 2014, focusing on the recruitment of specialist staff for financial institutions across various disciplines. Puja holds an LLB in Law from Kingston University, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
