Robert Cousins

Robert Cousins is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Mobile Integrated Healthcare at McGregor Memorial EMS since March 2022. In this role, Robert develops and oversees the Mobile Integrated Healthcare program, collaborates with various partners to enhance patient outcomes, conducts training for clinicians, and provides direct patient care as a board-certified Community Paramedic. As a founding partner of Emergent Training Professionals, LLC from June 2019 to September 2023, Robert delivered medical education to public safety clients and managed public health programs. Robert's previous positions include Training and Evaluation Consultant at Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service, Program Manager at the U.S. Department of State, and Critical Care Paramedic at American Medical Response and University of Colorado Health. Robert holds a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Dartmouth College.
