Gary Sanders

Gary Sanders has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Gary currently holds the position of Vice President, Agency Executive and Tennessee Property & Casualty Growth Leader at McGriff since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Lines Leader at NavSav from May 2021 to January 2023. From 2016 to 2021, Gary worked at RSS Insurance as Vice President, Commercial Lines, where they successfully increased revenue year over year. Before that, they gained expertise in commercial insurance as a Commercial Insurance Broker at Brown & Brown Insurance from August 2010 to January 2016, and later as Vice President and Chattanooga Agency Leader from February 2014 to January 2016. Throughout their career, Gary has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business development acumen, and a track record of driving growth.

Gary Sanders attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1999 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a minor in Secondary Education. Gary then went on to pursue a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology at Troy University. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).
