Gregory Glaser, CPCU has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Gregory began their career at Liberty Mutual Insurance as an Underwriter III, specializing in commercial property. Gregory worked on a variety of accounts, including ground-up, multi-national, and shared & layered accounts. As a production underwriter, they collaborated with independent agents and brokers to bring in and retain profitable accounts.
After three years at Liberty Mutual, Gregory joined AIG as a Senior Production Specialist. In this role, they underwrote large limits property segments for accounts exceeding $750 million in total insured value (TIV). Gregory leveraged AIG's engineering services to deploy capacity and worked on complex strategic underwriting decisions. Gregory also mentored other property underwriters and demonstrated their passion for solving problems and assisting clients and brokers.
Later, Gregory moved to Marsh as a Vice President - Placement Specialist. Their primary responsibility was to implement placement solutions during the renewal cycle, procuring property insurance that met client needs. Gregory also served as an advisor to clients year-round, helping them identify and navigate property risks. Gregory brought their expertise in risk retention and transfer to strike a balance that strengthened client relationships.
Most recently, Gregory joined McGriff as a Vice President and Marketing Account Executive in the Energy and Marine Department. Gregory manages and places complex operational and construction property insurance programs in the power generation and renewables industry. With their expertise, Gregory ensures that McGriff provides tailored insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of clients in this sector.

Gregory Glaser, CPCU, holds a Master of Civil Engineering degree in Risk Engineering and System Analytics from Clemson University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies and Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained certifications such as CPCU - Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter from The Institutes and Insurance Producer, Property & Casualty from the Alabama Department of Insurance.
