David A. Owen

David A. Owen, CPCU has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. David A. is currently a Senior Vice President - Producer at McGriff Insurance Services, where they work with teams to provide risk management and insurance solutions to various clients, with expertise in Oil & Gas, Commercial Real Estate, and large commercial sectors. Prior to this, David served as an Area Senior Vice President at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. from 2011 to 2020. David A. also worked as an Account Executive at Wortham Insurance & Risk Managment from 2009 to 2011. David's experience also includes serving as the Assistant VP of Finance at Republic Property Group from 2007 to 2008, and as a Valuations Analyst at Invesco US from 2005 to 2007.

David A. Owen, CPCU pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended St. Mark's School of Texas from 1992 to 2000. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from The Institutes in 2019, and became a LEED Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council in 2008.
