Doug Hodo

Doug Hodo is the chief strategic growth officer at McGriff. His primary responsibilities include creating and managing strategic growth initiatives, including business development through marketing and automation; producer recruitment and office expansion; and growth through mergers and acquisitions. He is also responsible for client relationship development, client experience, and client retention and acquisition.

Hodo has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years and held various roles, including producer, director and president.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
