Natalie McCulley

Natalie McCulley has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry. Starting in 1993, McCulley worked as the Risk Management and Insurance Coordinator for Catherines Stores Corporation, where they implemented and managed risk management policies and developed safety and training programs. In 1994, they joined Marsh as a Senior Vice President, serving as the risk management practice leader, casualty practice leader, and client service practice leader. Natalie managed client relationships and helped implement complex risk management programs, including captive insurance companies and global property and casualty programs. In 2007, McCulley joined Regions Insurance of Tennessee as an SVP, responsible for client relationship development and implementation and management of insurance and risk management programs for local, national, and global organizations. Natalie'sfocus also included alternative risk financing through group captive and single parent captive arrangements. Since 2018, McCulley has been working as a Senior Vice President at McGriff.

Natalie McCulley received their BBA degree in Finance and Risk Management from The University of Memphis from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Bishop Byrne from 1984 to 1988. Natalie also obtained certifications in insurance counseling and risk management from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
