Emily Clayton, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and administrative support. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at McGrory Glass since September 2014, Emily has held various roles including HR Coordinator for Production, Planning, & Procurement, and Production Administrator. Prior to this, Emily worked as a Production Clerk at Homeland Vinyl Products from January 2013 to September 2014, where the company produced vinyl materials for fencing. Earlier experience includes internships with the Gloucester County Board of Freeholders and the New Jersey Third District Legislative Office, focusing on administrative tasks and constituent assistance. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Rowan University and a Human Resources Management Professional Certificate from Rutgers Business School.
