Shawna Olgin

With over two decades of experience in contract administration and management, Shawna is well versed in spearheading the processing and review of all contracts agreement types within the organization. Her oversight encompasses all contract administration functions, including processing, reviewing, and negotiating: contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, ordering insurance and bonds, completing pre-liens, and setting up escrow agreements.

With a track record of working effectively and efficiently as a team player, Shawna’s door is always open, paired with her deep institutional knowledge; this makes her the go-to person for many of our business partners and employees. On a personal level, Shawna considers her most significant accomplishment being a Mom to her teenage son, who, just like her, sincerely cares for and enjoys helping people.
