Tommy Sevier has a wealth of experience in government relations and public policy. Tommy began their career as a Legislative Floor Assistant for US Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison. Tommy then served as a Legislative Assistant for US Congressman Cass Ballenger before transitioning to the role of Deputy Issues Director for Elizabeth Dole's US Senate campaign. Tommy then joined US Congressman Robin Hayes' office, where they held various positions including Senior Legislative Assistant, Legislative Director, and Deputy Chief of Staff. Tommy later worked for the National Pork Producers Council as an Assistant Vice President of Public Policy and then as the Legislative Director for the North Carolina Farm Bureau Federation. Tommy further honed their expertise in state government relations as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy for NC Senate President Pro Tempore Phil Berger.
