Dan Dowling

Dan Dowling is a highly experienced attorney specializing in conflicts of interest and legal ethics. Currently serving as a Senior Conflicts Attorney at McGuireWoods LLP since February 2022, Dan provides legal advice to the partnership on conflicts of interest, particularly related to California rules of professional conduct. Previously, Dan held positions as Assistant General Counsel at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP and Compliance & Ethics Attorney at Latham & Watkins. Dan's earlier experience includes managing conflicts of interest at City of Hope and serving in various roles focused on conflicts and ethics.
