Tracy Dillman has over 15 years of experience in payroll and benefits, starting as an Accounting Clerk in 1988 at McInnes Cooper. Tracy then became an HR Admin Assistant in 2006 and was later promoted to Coordinator of Pay and Benefits in 2008. Tracy currently holds the position of Payroll and Benefits Specialist, a role they have been in since 2018. In March 2023, they will take on the position of Lead, Payroll & Benefits at McInnes Cooper.
Tracy Dillman holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources from Saint Mary's University. In addition, Tracy has obtained a certification as a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) from The Canadian Payroll Association.
