Stacey Leake

Stacey Leake currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at McInnes Wilson Lawyers since March 2025. Prior to this role, Stacey held various positions at QIC, including Human Resources Business Manager and Human Resources Manager, with a focus on internal secondments within the Queensland Future Fund Project Team from October 2019 to March 2025. From July 2010 to October 2019, Stacey worked at Norton Rose Fulbright, progressing through roles such as Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Advisor, and Remuneration & Benefits Manager (Secondment), where responsibilities included providing expert HR advice and supporting operational HR services. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources from Queensland University of Technology and an Associate Degree in Law (Paralegal Studies) from Southern Cross University.
