Graham Lancaster

Graham Lancaster, P.Eng has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Graham is currently serving as the Executive VP - Infrastructure - Geotechnical, Environmental and Comm Dev at Egis in Canada, formerly known as McIntosh Perry. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President Community Development at McIntosh Perry.

Before joining Egis in Canada, Graham worked at exp Global Inc. from 2014 to 2020, where they served as the Senior Manager, Eastern Ontario Infrastructure. In this role, they were responsible for business development, client service management, staff management, strategic planning, project management, and construction management for exp's Eastern Ontario region.

Graham also has experience working at CH2M as a Civil Operations Leader from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they worked at exp Global Inc. from 2002 to 2011, holding positions as Project Manager and Project Engineer.
