Rod Kay

Rod Kay has extensive work experience in various management roles in the construction and property services industry. Rod is currently the Head of Passive Fire at McIntyre Compliance Services since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager at Checkmate Fire Solutions from November 2021 to September 2022. From December 2018 to November 2021, they served as a Contract Manager at United Living Property Services. Before that, they worked as a Partnerships Manager at Kier Group from September 2017 to October 2018. Rod also gained experience as a Senior Contract Manager at Gilmartins from September 2016 to August 2017 and at Axis Europe from October 2014 to September 2016. Rod held the position of Partnership Manager at Breyer Group from March 2011 to October 2014 and worked as an Operations Manager at MORRISON FACILITIES SERVICES LIMITED from January 2007 to February 2011. Rod's career began at Jarvis Group Ltd, where they were a Decent Homes Manager from January 2002 to January 2007.

Rod Kay attended Crowborough Beacon from 1976 to 1981, where they studied General Studies. Following this, they enrolled at Lewes Technical College from 1981 to 1983 and pursued a Diploma in Sciences.
