Rafael Alcantara is an experienced administrative assistant and interpreter, currently serving at the University Health Network since May 2009, where contributions include roles at the Prosserman Family Neuromuscular Clinic and Portuguese Mental Health & Addictions Services. Additionally, Rafael holds positions as an accredited Portuguese interpreter with the Canada Border Services Agency, OCCI, and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Recognized for outstanding service in the Interpretation Services Department, Rafael is also a certified Portuguese interpreter with MCIS Language Solutions and provides translation services for Discover Brazil. Education includes a culinary diploma from George Brown College, a certificate in Community Interpretation, and studies in medical terminology, web development, and English language and literature. Current pursuits involve Spanish language studies.
