Alexandre Mahfoud

Alexandre Mahfoud has held various high-level positions in supply chain and operations management throughout their career. Alexandre started at Pfizer in 1996, working in strategic sourcing and planning roles. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Axcan Pharma, eventually serving as the Executive Director of Global Supply Chain. This was followed by a role as Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Aptalis Pharma, where they oversaw operations across four countries. At Sivem Pharmaceuticals, they served as Head of Sourcing and Operations, managing strategic sourcing and supply chain activities. Currently, they are the Vice President of Customer Experience and Retail Operations at McKesson Canada, where they oversee supply operations and manages customer support activities to drive profitability and operational excellence. Throughout their career, Alexandre has demonstrated strong leadership abilities in optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer service.

Alexandre Mahfoud completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Université de Montréal in 1993, followed by a Master of Science in Economics and Finance from the same institution in 1995. In 1996, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Treasury and Finance from McGill University. Additionally, in 1997-1998, they earned a Certificate in Procurement Management from the Supply Chain Management Association.
