Serge has managed teams and projects, developed IT strategies, implemented digital transformation programs, and led cross-functional systems implementations. Serge Rochon, PMP holds a degree in Systems Analysis and Design from McGill University. Serge obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2020. In addition, they have acquired several other certifications related to IT strategy, digital strategy, enterprise architecture, ITIL, Kanban, and Lean Six Sigma over the years.
