Caitland Orlicz

Caitland Orlicz, RCE, serves as the Senior MLS Communications Specialist at the Austin Board of REALTORS® and Unlock MLS® since June 2021, focusing on the development of MLS-related marketing content and collaboration with various teams to enhance communication for over 18,000 subscribers. Concurrently, Caitland has held the role of Chapter Administrator for both the SIOR Middle & East Tennessee Chapter and the CCIM Institute - East Tennessee Chapter since February 2016, managing events and serving as the liaison to national organizations. Previous experience includes a Communications & Commercial Services Director position at the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, where accomplishments included developing a comprehensive communications program and receiving multiple awards, along with roles in marketing and editorial capacities in various organizations. Caitland holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Writing/Communications from Maryville College and has pursued further education in Internet Marketing at Full Sail University.
