Denis Riva

Denis Riva has extensive legal experience with a focus on contract negotiation and commercialization in various industries. Since joining McKesson in October 2018, Denis held multiple senior roles, culminating in Managing Chief Counsel, where responsibilities included high-value commercial contracts. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at WestRock Company and honing expertise in complex contracts at Capital One as a Manager, Contract Specialist. Earlier career stages involved positions at Bowman and Brooke LLP and Moran Kiker Brown PC. Denis Riva holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Acting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
