Prior to that, Suzanna held various positions at The American Institute of Architects (AIA) from January 2003 to December 2016. Before joining AIA, Suzanna worked as a Job Captain at Gensler from May 1999 to December 2002. Suzanna holds a BArch in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in Organizational Dynamics and Behavior from The George Washington University School of Business.
